Machining

Scon Valves is equipped with advanced machining facilities, including modern CNC machines, ensuring precision, consistency, and high-quality machining of valve components. Our manufacturing capabilities are supported by comprehensive in-house testing facilities, including advanced hydrostatic pressure testing benches, ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. We offer a complete range of valves in sizes from DN15 to DN1200, manufactured in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, and Cast Steel, with pressure ratings from PN16 to PN40 and Class 125 to Class 300. Backed by comprehensive technical support and dedicated after-sales service, SCON Valves provides dependable valve solutions engineered to meet the demanding requirements of all type of industries.

Foundry - OEM Castings

SCON Valves operates an advanced NO-BAKE, chemically bonded foundry plant, supported by in-house electric furnaces, enabling the production of high-quality and precision-engineered castings for demanding valve applications.

This advanced process helps achieve equal wall thicknesses, consistent weight, accurate dimensions, and excellent surface quality, while significantly minimizing casting defects such as porosity, pinholes, and blowholes.

Our foundry capabilities provide a strong foundation for reliable OEM castings and high-performance valve products, ensuring consistent quality from raw material melting through to the finished casting, our foundry is equipped with in-house latest testing machines like, spectrometer, and Brinell hardness testing, tensile testing, sand quality & sand grains as per specified in standards.
